When I first met with Monica and Jeff I knew they were definitely my type of couple. So fun, outgoing and just down right good people. I loved hearing all about their love story and how they initially met. Jeff described to me that they had met at a local bar in Cincinnati Ohio and how he just couldn’t bring up the courage to go ask Monica out. So he took a few shots of his favorite whiskey Maker’s Mark to gain enough confidence to approach her and guess what…it worked! They started dating and then got engaged.

Since Monica and Jeff are both from Cincinnati Ohio I traveled to Cincinnati to photograph their engagement session. We did the majority their photos at Ryland Lakes Country Club where Jeff’s family are members. It was a gorgeous yet chilly spring day and we took full advantage of the beautiful sunlight.
